But, still... An endless stream of dogs and cats in need and constant euthanasia. Nothing changes.
We need to think about things, differently. Do things, differently. We Need Big Ideas.
We cannot adopt, foster, or rescue our way out of the dog overpopulation crisis and resulting euthanasia rates. Our community awareness and animal culture must change. The core problem of overproduction must be addressed.
